Fire Tests
Fire alarm tests occur every Tuesday morning on site between 11-12pm.
It is advisable that companies are vigilant and responsible for their own fire procedures and safety. If you notice anything unusual regarding health and safety please do contact us using the feedback form below.
CCTV & Security
CCTV is in operation 24/7.
The business park gates are open 7 am - 5 pm and closed over weekends.

Our business park is only a 10 minute walk away from the local train station (Hamble). Perfect for the morning commute.
It's only a short distance towards the quaint Hamble village centre and within walking distance of Coronation Parade (the local shop and takeaway hot spot)
